She is passionate about inspiring others to become successful in all of their endeavors. With appearances at many national and international conferences in the massage, spa and wellness industries, Felicia has become a sought-after speaker and educator. She is the author of six books and has written for many trade publications. Periodically, Felicia also works as an Expert Witness in cases related to the massage and spa industries.
