Responsible owners must be ready for all the disasters and dangerous situations that can hit a workplace. Every business needs to take a multi-faceted approach to address possible breaches and security issues. Did you know there are OSHA requirements for operating a safe business? This class will assist you in meeting some of the mandated OSHA guidelines. Emergencies in the spa and salon are often unpredictable and evolve quickly. Do you have an EAP plan? Have you ever done a fire drill with your staff? In the midst of a disaster or crisis, have you given your team the tools, and resources to help prepare for and respond to an intruder, hostile customer, aggressive act or a natural disaster? This class will offer information and strategies to implement in the workplace.

This class is part of the Spa Business Targeted Learning Track. The track includes four classes. Pricing is per track.
Advance Pricing: $260
After February 11: $335
